location is prime. design is superb. staff are excellent with great suggestions. the room was super clean and had a nice balcony. onsite restaurants and bar were tasty and reasonably priced. enjoyed free coffee and wine every day. also, free bikes were a cool perk, but limited availability.

The pool area is nice, and the hotel is well-located near South Beach.
We were placed in the old side of the hotel that doesn't match online photos. Staff was rude at check-in and misinformed us about several amenities.
